Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are prepared on the same business day. Orders placed after that time are prepared on the next business day.
• Mainland Spain: 48–72 business hours
• Portugal: 2–4 business days
• Balearic Islands: 4–6 business days
• Canary Islands: 5–8 business days
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free for orders above these amounts:
• Mainland Spain: from €40
• Balearic Islands: from €50
• Canary Islands: from €65
• Portugal: from €65
For orders below these amounts, the corresponding shipping cost will apply depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email when you place the order and another email with the tracking number when the order leaves our warehouse. If you provided your phone number, you may also receive shipping-related notifications.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes. We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and Portugal.
Do you ship to Ceuta and Melilla?
No. We currently do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. The product must be in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging whenever possible. Consult our return policy.
Is there a cost for returns?
In Mainland Spain, returns are free. In the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the approval of the return. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Payment and security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with bank card, PayPal, and Klarna, subject to availability at checkout.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in installments with Klarna if it appears available at checkout. Approval depends on Klarna.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. We currently do not offer cash on delivery.
Is it safe to buy at KÄRN?
Yes. Payment is processed securely through encrypted payment platforms. KÄRN does not store your full card details.
RFID cardholders
What is RFID protection?
RFID protection helps block unauthorized reading of contactless cards while they are inside the cardholder.
What is the difference between the Slim, Slim Pro, Slide, Access, and Essential models?
Each model varies in capacity, format, and type of access:
• Slim: compact format with pop-up mechanism and capacity for up to 9 cards.
• Slim Pro: premium design with greater capacity, magnetic closure, and space for up to 10 cards.
• Slide: compact format with quick access and minimalist design.
• Access: quick side access, ultra-thin design, and practical format for daily use.
• Essential: the simplest option in the range, with RFID protection and a lightweight format. Not compatible with FindCard.
Does it fit an ID card?
Yes. KÄRN cardholders are designed for standard-sized cards, including the Spanish ID card in card format.
Does the FindCard fit in all cardholders?
No. The Essential RFID Cardholder model is not compatible with FindCard. To use FindCard inside a KÄRN cardholder, we recommend Slim, Slim Pro, Slide, or Access.
Backpacks and shoulder bags
Is the backpack or shoulder bag waterproof?
No. Water-repellent models are designed for splashes and light rain but are not waterproof or designed for prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
Are they suitable for travel?
Yes. They are designed for city, work, daily commutes, and short trips, with a compact format and compartments to carry essentials in a more organized way.
Do they have an anti-theft design?
Yes. They incorporate solutions such as less exposed zippers, hidden pockets, or protected compartments, depending on the model, to reduce the exposure of your belongings in daily use.
Trackers
What is the difference between FindCard and SmartTag?
• FindCard: card format, ideal for wallets, compatible cardholders, backpacks, handbags, or suitcases. Rechargeable battery via Qi wireless charging and water resistance according to manufacturer's specifications.
• SmartTag: keychain format, ideal for keys, backpacks, handbags, or luggage. Long-lasting battery and compact design for daily use.
Do they need an additional app?
No. They work with the phone's compatible location networks, such as Find My on iPhone and Find Hub / Find My Device on compatible Android.
Do they have a subscription cost?
No. They are one-time payment products, with no monthly subscriptions.
Do they work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, provided the device and operating system are compatible with the corresponding location network. We recommend checking compatibility before purchase.
